Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
Good
* floor plan
* landscaping
* maintenance
* Mgt is nice, cordial, likeable
Bad
* traffic, Evans Rd is a nightmare, 281 is a nightmare come true
* Parking, Mgt will not keep renters from parking in fire lanes, drive through the property at night yourself, violators will be everywhere, watch during the day when they take you to see the apartments, there will still be a few violators and Mgt will do nothing
* Mgt will do nothing to loud and obnoxious renters, unless it happens during the morning or afternoon. They will be glad to take complaints, but nothing happens, nothing changes, nothing is said
* Mgt makes up a bunch of rules and picks and chooses which it will enforce always, always to its advantage. If you feel the same way they do, you will enjoy your stay
* Mgt is very defensive. You will be told you are wrong, almost before the complaint is expressed.
No one objects to profits for the Apartments, it is the maximizing of profits at the comfort of all the renters that is objectionable.
Who knows, you may get one of those buildings where none of the above will bother you, but if you think that is not possible, make your lease for a short period.
