Well I wrote a few months ago warning potentials about the problems. My neighbors are still jerks- they blast music at any time day or night. I have a small son who used to think it was thunder. Parking is even worse now,sometimes we have to park near another building. There used to be a see-saw on the "playground" but that disappeared a long time ago. We stopped getting our water bill- then the late notice appeared. So I paid it, and told them to start giving us our bill in a timely manner. And yes, they do raise up the rent if you decide to resign. It is not worth the small sq footage to pay the same price as you would for a house. I've noticed that most of the "friendly" neighbors we've met have either left or are about to leave soon. That is the case with us. We definetly would not resign. I was so happy when I turned in our 60 day notice. So for those potentials- keep driving! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Funny you should mention the loud music, because that has been my exact problem. I've been a resident here since the complex first opened and was a Lynd company property with no problems at all. But, SEQUOIA bought the property and that's when my problems began. I don't know about who your neighbors were, but mine is an actual staff member... who you would think would know about common courtesy when it comes to your neighbors.

Make sure the word SEQUOIA is in caps. Sounds like an ex-employee to me.
