From: JorgeH723@yahoo.com Date posted: 2/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   If you read some of the other reviews,they are all true...take this from someone who lived there for 1 yr....now theres somethings which were brought to my attention and they were very chilling...Like in the review from dmtexas2006@yahoo.com ,he states that police were patrolling the apartments because of the man with a gun,I saw them at the complex actually for about a week straight just patrolling the neighborhood but thought nothing of it...well it turns out it is true and management never informed any of the residents.And about cars getting broken into,I know it happens,my neighbor's car got broken into twice.People need to understand,the management is crap,don't even bother with them.Kat is just gonnna turn you away.by the way it is Kat Beaumont just in case anyone wants to complain.The apartments were nice to me and my wife,but take into account we were 1st time renters,never had a place of our own so everything was perfect.Our vision of perfect has long been shattered and now feel very dissapointed in the $7,000 we wasted our money on.Mold,crumbs between the oven,cracking paint,broken refrigerator shelves,broken closet door which was badly repaired because it just broke again,neighbors,beehives,wasp nests,parking(due to the fact that all your neighbors have 2 or more cars)bear in mind I have 2 babies and with groceries,parking couldn't be much further from the door than where we were parking....it's just not worth your money...find a better place.....if you have any questions or concerns email me,I will respond quickly to your requests for info...
