The Worst experience ever. The walls are paper thin, you hear everything that goes on around you. The office staff is both the dumbest and the most unpleasent that I've ever delt with. There is dog crap all over the grass in front of where all of the cars are parked......and due to an oversite in the office.....I recived an eviction notice and a hand full of people at my door to take a lien......idiots. My appliences never worked, and I had the apartments above mine leaking to the point my paint started to bubble, so they came, chipped away the paint and, painted new right over it......not even checking the leak. The apartment above ours had a clogged drain and it all backed up into our kitchen.
HORRIBLE.....AVIOD AT ALL COSTS.

If you had had your apartment inspected before you moved out, you would have realized you didn't clean anything AND ruined brand new carpet. You are simply disgruntled because you owe so much. You were liened because you didn't pay your rent in full on time--see Paragraph 13 in your lease. Good luck across the street!

Hm, I was thinking this might be a place to check out, based on prices, location, and amenities, but now I am thinking otherwise. Not because of the bad reviews--because in a small sampling the percentages are skewed and people who are unhappy are more likely to voice this than those who are a-ok peachy keen--but because of the contentious responses to these reviews. Please be aware, if these responses are indeed written by persons affiliated with the complex, when aggressive responses are written, they do not serve to refute the original reviewer's point of view. Instead, they serve to make the reader question whether she or he really wants to enter a situation where complaints are not met with either a constructive approach to meeting customer satisfaction or (in the very real cases of instances where renter's are less than ideal tenants) professional dignity and tact. Please remember that you represent your complex, if that is indeed the case, and that this interaction with current and prospective renters is yet another opportunity to present a positive, professional side or to alienate your client-base.

Just checking out reviews on apartments and I definently don't plan on moving in to the villas of henderson pass. Geez if i had a complaint i wonder if the staff would attack me like they does these reviews. Can you say VICIOUS
