I rented my apartment for 6 months with Three Fountains and ended up buying a house. I had a few problems that I needed worked out and the staff was incredibly rude and would not help what so ever. I had to break my lease with Three Fountains too. This property at least offers a termination fee. Years ago I had to break one and they charged me for three months worth of rent. I feel like this is fair. Its kind of like buying a car, if you dont pay your monthly payment they take the car. Well same with the lease contract. You break it you normally have to pay to get out of it. O well. Just my thoughts

I lived here for about a year and a half. The apartment was ok, parking was horrible and the management sucked. I was in the military back then and had to break my lease because I was getting deployed and it was a pain in the butt. The manager was very rude and hard to work with.
