The staff will tell you its safe and parking is not a problem... Don't believe the lies! This complex has one of the very worst parking situations in all of San Antonio! Three Fountains has a roughly 1-to-1 ratio of parking spots to apartments, however few families these days have less than two vehicles. Do the math, and you'll quickly realize you're screwed. Don't even think about having guests unless they a) take a taxi, b) take a bus, or c) are willing to park 1/4 mile away at a small shopping center on Culebra. As far as safety goes: in the three years I lived there, the "security" gates worked less than 1/4 of the time. I know at least five victims of theft/vandalism, and the mamagement always took an "its not our problem" attitude. The apartments are nice, but overall this is a MISERABLE place to live...

THEY ALSO HAVE INSUFFICENT HANDICAP PARKING AND SIDEWALKS ETC ARE NOT HANDICAP ACCESSABLE. I'VE BEEN IN THE OFFICE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND THE OFFICE GIRL ALWAYS HAS AN ATTITUDE, SHE ALWAYS USES THE EXCUSE SHE HAS TO CHECK WITH CC. AND OF COURSE THEY NEVER GET BACK TO ME. TIME TO LOOK FOR A NEW PLACE TO LIVE
