Three Fountains Apartments

New management, but not enough! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I read the previous reviews that stated that the management was horrible and I do agree with them the management was bad; however, they have since dismissed ALL of the previous staff (not including maintenance) and employed a good team (that's based on my experience in dealing with them, of course). The complex itself is pretty quiet, the exterior and the grounds are kept nice and for the most part clean. I do however have a grievance with the parking. IT IS HORRENDOUS! Residents are forced to park in no parking zones and handicapped spots due to lack of parking space and then get penalized for parking there. That in itself is enough to make me want to move (and I'm doing just that MOVING!) My other complaints are that my partner and I are the only ones on the lease; however, we have several other permanent guests, creepy crawly guests! I have called and requested several times to have the pest control come in a take care of them, BUT, not to say that they haven't come in, they just haven't taken care of the issue or issueS, better yet said! I can't blame that on the maintenance because they out-source a pest control company (which will remain nameless) to come in every Wednesday of the month, well at least they re supposed to. The construction of the building is not really the best, for example the fixtures break easily and the windows and doors welcome in the air as we say goodbye to the heat/air inside when they are all closed. So we can say hello to high electric bills and goodbye to our money due to poor/old caulking around the windows and issues with the doors. Ultimately, I would not recommend Three Fountains Apt to anyone I know!
