Three Fountains Apartments

Quaint community From: hbfanatic Date posted: 4/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   (Apt #1308) - I like that the community is small as opposed to some apartment complexes nearby that have 300 units. The mgmt is constantly changing which isn't bad, but challenging to get used to. I REALLY dislike the $300 non-refundable pet fee. I still have a bad taste in my mouth from that. The pool is nice for me since I live next to it, but probably not convenient for those who live on the other side of the street. Rent is fair, size is ok, balconies are nice. Repair staff is ok, but I'm still waiting to have my balcony door repaired. The parking is often an issue (I'd give it a 4/10 in safety, my motorcycle helmey was jacked RIGHT from my motorcycle!!!) especially on weekends, and the access gates havn't worked in a while. Overall, its a nice community for a short duration (i.e. <1 year), but you'll want something bigger and more bang for your buck if living in San Antonio longer than that.
