I've lived here approximately 60 days. I'm presently waiting for repair on a flooded bedroom. The manager said they had so many apartments flooded that they have trouble getting to them. After waiting all day yesterday, a dry vac man showed up and stayed 15 minutes and promised to return early this morning. I'm still waiting.

The damage is due to poorly installed windows and has been frequent, extensive, and ongoing for several years. The management company knows of this problem as does the owner. Repairs are promised and have been promised.

This is a construction problem. Will these buildings ever be properly repaired so that new residents will not suffer the damage and
inconvenience as other residents.

In addition to this serious problem, the apartmment was filthy when I moved in and the staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. I could not do my walk through until it was time to move in and they were told then that it needed serious cleaning. Feces or puke was stuck to the carpet and food stuck to kitchen floor.

Immediately after moving in, I had a rat building a next in the kitchen stove.

Building 5 had a room size carpet pad under the stairway for 3 weeks. TRASH! The mail room is frequently trashy.

What they show you in the models is NOT what you get.

What they promise at the signing of the lease is NOT what you get. And, I'm paying very high rent. THERE OUGHT TO BE A LAW AGAINST IT.

Water rates are 2-3 times higher than those I've had at The Mansions, Claremore, and Blanco Crossing. And, the staff here is the worst I've ever experienced. So is the property.
