*Unprofessional management
-when you call/go in office to report something the just say, "ummhmm, ok" and the problem takes forever or never gets fixed unless you constantly call or go to the office. My a/c was out for months, it did not get fixed until I said I was reporting them.

*No steady maintenance
-At one time there was only one maintenance person.
-Every two weeks maintenance is a different person. You are scared to open your door for them.

*Laundry rooms are like an inside pool.
-Speaking of pools, why am I paying rent for a pool that doesn't have water in it.

*Cats and ducks owned.

*You can hear your neighbors every move.
-Showering, walking, etc.

*I have lived here three years and this is our third manager.

*Cannot wait till least is up... I will be out of here...

*If you're looking for somewhere to relax after work: DON'T MOVE HERE!!!
