I moved in the first of February. The first week I was there there were shootings, no water (had to use a bucket), after we got water there was no cold water for three days. I was told someone would be right over to fix the toilet of course that didn't happen until I called corporate. I bought food for my refrigerator and when it took over 24 hours for the ice to freeze that should have been a clue to me but I ended up throwing all the food out as I didn't know if it had thawed and then froze again. Code Compliance has come out numerous times for violations some of which are still a dangerous situation. Do not deal with the manager's there as they will tell you anything to get you off there back. Call the corporate office (which they will try to blow you off also) be persistent.
