The maintenance crew is not only incompetent but lazy as well. The office manager will take off and leave other women in her place (without notice). The replacement women are unresponsive, unprofessional, and a downright (rhymes with witch). Myself and a neighbor had our apartments flooded due to their lack of maintenance. Anytime it rains, we are living in fear of having a reoccurance. I would not recommend this apartment complex for anyone. This apartment should have better standards for Alamo Heights.
The only pros that I have seen with this dump is very nice neighbors and relatively quiet complex.
I would only move here if you were completely and totally desperate....a trap I fell into.
