I can't believe this company is still in business. These apartments are something like 30 years old. To give you an idea, I rented an apartment and after I moved in I realized that they had painted over the mold in the shower to make it look clean and new. I took a picture of it when I left just because I knew no one would believe me. If you are thinking about moving in to this place, don't. The company is Ridgemont Properties and they own a lot of units in Alamo Heights. There are other rentals and my suggestion is find another company to do business with. If not, good luck. Just FYI - I had the filters changed often because I believe the place was so old and leaky there was mold everywhere, including A/C vents. I was sick all of the time...
