raccoons in the walls for 2 months

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
I lived there for one year and for the last 2 months, I have had a family of 4 raccoons living in the walls. The staff has not been eager to take care of the problem or communicate with me. Live there at yourown risk. Most of the tenants were college students as well.
