I have lived here for 3 years now Jan2002-Jan2005 with 2 roomates and in that time, I have had a few problems:

1) AC went out a year ago, took 5 days to fix, but now it works great
2) 5 months ago, washing machine borked, got another one in 3 days
3) one bathroom has a mold problem in the wall, they have been working on it in stages the past month
4) The gate only works occasionally (in defense of the management, usually the reason it's broke is because some idiot bashes the gate in lateat night and breaks the arm)
5) Rent here is a little more expensive than other places

The good things:
1) When we moved in, they installed ceiling fans
2) I have had only a couple of problems with the management...they are reasonable and nice..even the new ones (as of Jan2005)
3) Though parking is sometimes bad late at night, most of the time, it works out great
4) They keep up the grounds better than most places
5) I have never had anyone break into my car, even when I left stuff in the seats.
6) Honestly, I feel secure here too...cops patrol the area every once in a while..
7) The location is 100 feet from the access road to I-10...the traffic in/out clears up very quickly.

anyways, thats my 2 cents. I would recommend this place to anyone. And no, I'm not part of the Turtle Creek personnel. :)
