Oh my god,
1.the pool has been closed all summer, you call the office and they state" ok by next week it will b fixed," this was since june.
2.stairs wobble as you walk up or down them. And dont even try to hold on to the rail your hands wil be covered in paint chips of probably the original paint from 30 years ago.
3.the maintance does not get done, you have to call and call to remind the office.
4.There is Rats, one was trapped between our walls, I didnt beleive it from other postings but its true.
5.apts are cheap but dont waste your time or money, they suck!
6.Falling apart. Shoddy materials and workmanship
