The place looks rundown and old to begin with...and it is. RATS ARE A PROBLEM!! We lived downstairs and could hear them nesting between floors. There are a few residents that smoke pot (you can smell it) but we just smoked cigarettes. One day I was home alone and a woman from the office just came over with her key and tried to come in. I ran to the door and asked her what she was doing and she accused us of "smoking pot" and she was going to "call the police" if she had any complaints. WRONG UNIT IDIOT. Our w/d broke and filled with water and started to smell because they wouldnt fix it for 2 weeks. We developed a hole above our toilet in our bathroom (eventually after 2 months it grew to about the size of a large dinner plate). It leaked from the toilet above us everytime they flushed (which is unsanitary and disgusting) and the leak was RIGHT ABOVE our toilet. If you had to pee we had to tell our friends to hold a bucket over their heads while they sat on the toilet. EMBARASSING. They wouldn't fix it and when they started to it took them over 2 months to complete it. Even then they just covered it and didnt paint it and we ended up moving out before it opened up again. NEVER AGAIN! Gates never worked and when we moved out we left the unit cleaner than he way they left it for us upon move in. They refunded the deposit but said we "never turned in the keys" which was a lie because we made a special trip to San Antonio just to do so, and they charged us $40 to make new keys.
