Very poor management

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
This is the type of apartment where you will most likely be sued upon completion of your tenancy . Poor management, poor handling of paperwork, poor contracts. Do not plan on getting your deposit back either. Apparently this is how they pay their staff. Nasty living and decent people should go else where.
