Don't do it! That's all I can say. I couldn't get out of this place fast enough. And to this day, I haven't seen my deposit back even though the apartment was spotless, not to mention cleaner than it was when I moved in.

The day I moved in, the apartment was NOT ready, even though we had signed the lease the previous week, and made arrangements to move in on that specific date. The apartment was NOT clean, the carpets were gross. I had driven from out of town with my furniture and they told me I couldn't move in. It was starting to rain. We managed to get the keys and move in anyway, even though the apartment was gross and not clean at ALL.

Maintenance was AWFUL. When the dishwasher wasn't leaking, or the toilet, the air was going out or the breakers always flipping. Anytime we did laundry, the breakers would go out. The hot water heater never worked, and the electricity was always going out. They would turn the water off at the complex with no notice, which is a pain if you are trying to take a shower and go to work! The gate NEVER worked, and we would get the run around everytime we would call into the office. The turn over of the office staff made it impossible to keep up with maintenance requests, or complaints. Each time I would call to check on why they hadn't come to fix something, there was no record of the original request. The noise that goes on in the middle of the night outside in the parking lot was bad too. Cops there pretty often. Keep looking, don't stop here! You will regret it!!!!!
