Lived there for a year total. Management doesn't care about anyone. Main manager is a no-talking jerk. RA's aren't helpful and don't care. Really defeats the purpose of having them. Two bedrooms are the size of closets and you'll feel like it's a dorm (the dorms at UTSA are better, in fact). I never saw a four bedroom, but I heard things. I leased a 1 bedroom and the space kinda sucked. If you have a kitchen table, forget about a living room, 640 sq. ft. is really small if you have a lot of furniture. It had ant problems (slept with them for two days). They came in through a hole in the weather stripping at the bottom of my front door. I complained several months before that and the maintenance said it couldn't be fixed and just left. Broke a key in a faulty front door lock and they charged me $30 for the two dollar key that broke. However, the maintenance overall, , isn't bad. Quick response time, cool guys. Not NEAR enough to make anyone stay, though. Security is a joke, the front gates of all three phases are open most of the year. Even with UTSA Police patrolling it, I still didn't feel secure and you shouldn't either. Watch your car if you move there, cause the people living there have no clue how to drive or park. Noise is terrible. Example: Girl upstairs threw a party, with invitations, during study week, the mangement and cops did nothing, it wasn't like you couldn't tell she was throwing a party either, beer bottles and people making noise everywhere. Rent here is REDICULOUS, I cannot stress that enough! For a $100 more a month you can live the high life in La Cantera, or you can go down the road to The San Miguel (brand new nice complex, almost moved there, just didn't have a good move in date for me) and live in the same sq. footage apartment for less than you pay here INCLUDING all bills you'd have to pay like water, electricity, cable, and high speed internet from Time Warner. Don't let them sell on on the free basic cable, free high speed Internet (I had to get Road Runner, what does that tell you'), and electricity allowance. Forget their amenities they say they offer, you can't get access to them half of the year and most all of the summer; and you have to pay to play on the busted, unlevel pool table that's missing balls most of the time, for God's sake! Lastly, they stole from me, my vacuum cleaner. Nice Bissel, was in good condition, too. Locked my apt. the last night I was there and left my vacuum (had 2 witnesses that stood there and saw it the moment before I locked to door to leave for the night) and some cleaning supllies behind for the next day, came back in the morning to clean it and turn the keys in and "poof" it was gone. Only two people had keys the apt., me and the mgt. ABSOLUTELY no signs of forced entry. I wonder...
