Okay, I lived at the Oaks for a year. Nonetheless, I had to deal with the most RIDICULOUS effing MORONS ever!
There were two people working in the office named ----------------, don't know their last names, but they were absolutely the most EVIL, CONNIVING, DISRESPECTFUL, IRRESPONSIBLE, IMMATURE, CONSCENDING PEOPLE I have EVER come across in my lifetime. This ----- misplaced a rent check I hand delivered to her and then tried to charge me ridiculous fees because of her mistake, and then suggested I stop payment on the check but never offered to pay my bank fee to stop payment on a check SHE LOST. Then, this oversized ------ came by BANGING incessantly on my door DEMANDING I open it because he said a resident advisor needed in and I refused to let them in. It was MY apartment and I will let in who I want, when I want. You could be the Pope, and I wouldn't let you in if I didn't want you there at the inconvenient time you wanted to drop by and bang on my door.
The day I was to move out, both of these people, ---------------- came into my apartment while I was hauling my belongings out, walked into my apartment without ever letting me know and sat there and told me that I was to have moved out 3 days ago, even though I was actually moving out 2 days early. I reported them to the UTSA Police, who never did anything because this ---------------- probably kneeled down and performed sexual activity on every member of the UTSA PD.
This place is absolutely HORRIBLE and if you want to deal with MORONS, ask the kids working the office who ---------------- are and tell them where they can SHOVE IT!
