Well since this is campus living, you get alot less than what you actually pay for. I have lived in both a 2/2 and 4/2 apartments and both were horrible. But then again if your someone who has never lived on your own and don't know how to take care of your stuff, then this is perfect for you.
Recently there was a huge water pipe broken and all the apartments were affected by this. While living in the 4/2, one of the toilets broke and we had 4 females sharing one small bathroom and no water pressure to be found in any of the sinks. We were not accomidated by less rent or anything. Since the girls that I was living with have never lived in an apartment before, suggested that it would be too much work to complain.
There is terrible mold growing in both the bathrooms and if you complain, they come and just spray paint over it so its not seen.
Parents, I ask, do you really want to spend that much money on cheap apartments or spend the same on a not on campus magnificant place'
