this place is horrible i lived here my freshmen and sophomore year...it sucks...managment does nothing to solve any situation you may encounter..i lived in a 4/2 apt both years...this past year was the worst...the 4/2 apt that is supposed to be all females ended up being a 4female and 1 male apt..when my weird roommate decided it was ok for her wifebeater boyfriend to movin with us...we complained to both management and our ra...little that did...the ra was more concentrated on her self pierced tongue she had done earlier in the day than our situation, it was horrible this guy had a record and constantly yelled, belittled and probably beat my roommate, it was ridiculous...nothing was done we had to live with him all year long...constantly hearing them have sex with the apts wafer thin walls was horrific....absolutely horrible...do not recommend this apt to anyone...finding ur roommates sex toys in the bathroom or even hearing them do theyre sexual fantasys is not part of the college experience.....live anywhere else but the oaks...theyre a joke... odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
