My Water Leak
Don't move here its total bull and I'm not exaggerating here are my problems
the water connection for my toilet was leaking, when I came back from spring break I came back to a horrible smelling apartment the carpet was all wet in my room, I, of course immediately reported the problem, cause its serious right, a water leak, rrrrrrrr, ok Im calm, when I went to the office, keep in mind its the first day back from spring break, they told me they would file a report with the matenence people but they couldn't gaurentee that anyone would even come that same day, "you know, your not the only one," they sarcastically told me!!!

And also the I found out a little too late after I signed the contract that right across the street that new building the Outpost was the same price that I was paying for the same thing a 2 bedroom 2 bath and their rooms are alot bigger not exaggerating when I say alot about twice the size of the Oaks. This place Im still here, only for about a week and a half needs some serious upgrades and price downgrades.
Parking
Its total bull that you have to buy a separate permit to park here, it should come with the rent you already pay, no parking permit, you get a boot on your car, I've seen it, it isn't pretty.
I better get my deposit back!!!!!!!!!!!!
