So the Oaks isn't that nice of a place. Parking is mostly uncovered, but can you tell me where covered parking is at Outpost or Broadstone' Rooms are small but all you need is a bed, there are plenty of other places to hang out. I wouldn't do it again for sure though. Our hot tub never worked the whole year, in fact I created a facebook group for this, lol. Our hot water went out 3 or 4 times, usually for more than a day. My roommates sink could be used for a sand blaster with all the sand that came out of it. His room was always 5 degrees hotter than my room thanks to him being on the outside wall. Internet...constantly had to 'login' only to be sent to previous page. And no, its not 'high' speed. Location to the school was awesome, a half mile there and back equals 3 miles a day of exercise, lol.
