I lived here from '05-'06 and I hated it. The carpet was covered in mystery stains and the room was small. The kitchen is smaller than one in the average RV. The bathrooms have mold all over the ceiling and under the sink the base was broken. It took forever to get something fixed, if they fixed it at all. The rooms were cold as can be in winter and hot during the summer.
On the bright side, I never heard my neighbors but that was the only good thing.

If you are desperate then you might like it here. It was my first apartment ever, and needless to say everything looks like a palace compared to this place. Please, put a little effort and find someplace better.
