University Oaks Apartments

UGH... This is why I'm moving to Hill Country Place From: ddpope29 Date posted: 7/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   To all those new incoming freshman or anyone who just wants to live on their own, this is not the place to be. I paid 447 every month for 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom place. Everything is old, the bathroom is nasty, the kitchen is just horrible. I am just so fed up with this place. There are really unorganized when it comes to paying your rent. Today I just received some FINAL NOTICE letter about "unpaid rent" for this month, when I paid it 2 days before it was due. Like everyone else has said on here, STAY CLEAR FROM HERE.
