UGH... This is why I'm moving to Hill Country Place

To all those new incoming freshman or anyone who just wants to live on their own, this is not the place to be. I paid 447 every month for 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom place. Everything is old, the bathroom is nasty, the kitchen is just horrible. I am just so fed up with this place. There are really unorganized when it comes to paying your rent. Today I just received some FINAL NOTICE letter about "unpaid rent" for this month, when I paid it 2 days before it was due. Like everyone else has said on here, STAY CLEAR FROM HERE.
