i lived here during the fall 2007 school year and it was not a bad experience at all, considering the price at the time $447 for 4bed/2bath, it was cheaper than living at chisholm or chapperal, and with that, you get your own bedroom along with a kitchen for those cooks out there like myself. I used the ---- out of the electricity with the stove and AC, the apt was always at 69 degrees and we never went over our allowance, as you know, everything is included in your rent.

some people had really nice cars, infinity's, bmw's, mercedes, i, myself, had a nice car and nothing ever went wrong, nobody vandalized nor touched my car, people respected other people's property and that's what i loved about this place compared to living off campus where things get CHAOTIC!!

its a relatively close walk to campus, shuttle comes fairly often, i would leave my apt 15 minutes before class starts, catch the shuttle and be in class just in time

i mean if you're a freshmen, this is not a bad place to live and yes the appliances are old, everything looks old school, the bathroom faucets are dirty but i kept my bathroom fairly clean along with our living room, it was pretty decked out

overall, my freshman living experience here was pretty awesome, i had alot of good memories here, fun and bad
