as the other reviews said this place is crappy.
MASSIVE CRICKET PROBLEM:i was woken up about 3 or 4 times a week by crickets chirpping at 5-6:30 in the morning.

Noise:The people upstairs were always jumping or running i dont even know the point is they were alway banging on the floor and even after telling out RA nothing was done.. which brings me to another point..
RA :she was ALWAYS yelling and BANGING i mean BANGING on our doors until we opened the door and she would tell us about meeting and get togethers we HAD to go to .. that we found pointless especially since we had class. she basically FORCED us to talk to her ..
Overpriced:this place is way overpriced for what it offers..

Late fees :i paid my rent late so i got a late fee of $30.00 and the next day i got another late fee notice for $50.00. when i wrote to appeal it they told me that they couldnt appeal it because it was due on the 11th (the day i PAYED) i just decided to give up on trying to explain that i had already payed , even after i attached a COPY of my recipt that CLEARLY says that i payed on the 11th .. makes no sense.

Appliences:they have full kitchens so its cool, but our stove only had 3 burners that worked , they made the most smoke ever if we left them on, on medium we always had to open the windows for cooking, our fridge leaked and spoiled our food, our water from the sink was DISGUSTING!! , and our bathroom tub was BLACK on the floor.

Maintenance: was good we put in a request and about 2 weeks later they came and fixed our fridge. really nice people, nicer than the front office people.

other: carpet-one word UUUGGGLLLLYY! its not even baige.. its not a color ive ever seen, Closet-our closet doors were constantly breaking and at times we were in such a hurry we couldnt get our clothes out. Bathroom:you can basically hear when everyone around you VERY..VERY LOUD pipe system. A/C filter: was dirtier than DIRT and never got changed... MailBox Key: wasnt made and we had to wait about 1 month or so until we finally got it..

over all do your self a favor and dont live here
