I lived here and for the price the product and service doesn't add up. The traffic around that area is horrible and if you have kids don't let them out of the apt or they might get hit by a drunk or somebody driving 50 mpr on Huebner oaks due to the bar across the street and shopping.

We ahd a major leak one Fri. night and it was so bad that it began to leak to neighbors below us. It took maint. over 2 hrs to respond and when he got there he was dropped off by 5 buddies and very rude. I thought it was uncalled for that it took over 2 hrs to respond and he looked at me and said "I don't have to help you."

If you want to spend a lot of money and get ignored and talked about by the stuck up office staff then rent there, if not steer clear.
