We've lived in Ventana for over 6 months. The apartments are well kept, the grounds are nice, and the pool is pretty nice. Unfortunately that's where it ends. Maintenance sucks! Since we moved in our A/C leaked and fridge leaked, our blinds did not work,and toilets do not flush right. The best part, it took maintenance over 2 months to get them fixed even after numerous work orders and angry calls to management. As if it wasn't enough we had a huge wasp nest next to our front door, we were told that the wasps would be exterminated ASAP b/c it was a liability, but after several work orders and being chased by wasps everyday when we got home, we had to end up destroying the nest ourselves. To make matters worse once it got cold the master bedroom was unbearably warm whereas the 2nd bedroom was unbereably cold, and GUESS WHAT' After numerous work orders and calls nobody has been here to check it out. We even asked for a meeting with the Manager on a Saturday and we were told that we had to miss work one day because the Manager does not "do" Saturdays. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
