I have lived at Ventana for over two years now and feel that it is going downhill fast. When I first moved in the staff was very friendly and would go out of their way to help. The new office staff is not helpful or friendly. They are always short and rude anytime I have needed anything from them.
Maintaince will come to fix problems 2-3 weeks after a request is made but never totally fix my problems. Air conditioner leaks and dishwasher has not worked since I moved in.
Parking in certain areas of the complex is horrible and it is hard to pull out onto Huebner Oaks with out getting run over.
The noise level is bad during the summer if you live by the pool because Ventana rents the clubhouse out for parties...that sometimes last until 1 to 2 in the morning.
Overall, It the apartments have nice floor plans and are well kept. You may get a good deal at move-in but kiss it good bye at renewal.
