Rude and lazy staff/management, horrible parking, slow maintenance response

The management will not help you for anything. They make everything inconvenient. The staff is rude and pushy. If you have a complaint, don't bother telling them...they won't do anything. Maintenance issues galore! Slow response time...for anything! There is no where to park. Over-priced for what you get. Huebner Oaks is packed with traffic...don't bother going anywhere during rush hour.
