I have only lived here 6 months so far but I LOVE IT. The staff is so nice and helpful. (minus one permanently cranky lady, STAY AWAY from her) The maintanence is the BEST. They came out super quick and were extremely nice every time I called. I was worried after reading reviews but I think those people just got something stuck up their butt, bc I cant understand what they are talking about. I have never seen one rat or any reason to think their here ever. Nor have I ever had to wait more then a day to have maintanece help me out with anything. In addition when I noticed some stupid kids egged the pool I called the front to inform them and it was cleaned up that day...I did notice a few small bugs but the front offered to have someone exterminate almost immediatly. So again I am very confused to what all those negative reviews are in reference too..
