I've lived at Ventana for well over seven years and have been quite pleased. Most apartments I've lived in over the years offer bigger incentives to renew your lease, but do little to keep the property up, since management companies buy and sell them on a regular basis. Ventana is different in that residents are offered modest renewel contracts and much more money is spent on property upkeep. This is refreshing and why I've lived here so long. Although personnel changes occur and the property has change owners a couple of times, the same manager has remained in place. She has utilized her annual budget in a very efficient way and it shows. The property always looks good. Workorders are always completed in a timely manner and news ideas have helped this property evolve and stay current. Considering it's just off a major highway and surrounded by retail business, it's a very quiet place to live and has little crime occur. My experience overall has been very good.

I wanted to ask, in case we don't find a house we like by Jan 2009, do you mean the noise level overall is low...as in noise from the other people living next to you?
