If you are looking to rent from here keep looking Ventana may seem nice with all the trees and such but it is just a trick to lure you to the office. The apartments look really nice until you take a closer look. There is absoulutly nothing wrong with the people you live with but that the only good thing about this place. The worst thing about this apartment complx is the staff they seem nice when you first meet them they just do yhis to get you in and once you move in they treat you like dirt. there is one employee that i have personally heard many complaints about, and i as well have had problems with her on may occasions her name is Lacy and if she is working at this complex when you want to move stay away. the maitenence is not fast whatsoever i had no a/c in the summer for over 5 days. security is also bad i had my car stolen from here and i have seen other cars broken into as well. The rooms also have little maitenence done to them in my apt i have 9 year old carpet which i found out was suppose to be changed after 5 years. these are just a few of the things i have had problems with there are too many to count. For what you get here it is not worth your time. PLEASE KEEP LOOKING
