Fine if you don't mind the rude managers

I lived here for 2.5 years. On the plus side, it was extremely convenient once you learn the traffic patterns (try not to leave during rush hour). Groceries and shopping were nearby. Parking was only a problem when they redid the parking lots. Otherwise there were plenty of spaces. I never had problems with security and didn't see any incidents with my neighbors either. My 1 bedroom was nice and had very few maintenance problems. The pool can sometimes be loud, but the apartment is reasonably quiet.
The initial rent you get is great, but will increase substantially if you resign the lease. Do not move in unless you can take an increase of around 50-100 dollars a month.
Some of the office people are extremely rude. Maintenance is mostly good, but I did have one memorable evening when they locked me out when I had requested for them to change an unreachable light bulb. I was never late on rent or caused any problems, they just mistakenly re-keyed my apartment. It took well over an hour to get me back into my apartment which was bad enough. What really made me angry was that both maintenance and management were extremely rude about the entire ordeal. Apparently it was all my fault since my closet light went out and I couldn't reach or open it to change it myself. There were other occasions where one person in particular was spectacularly rude. I only dealt with them on the phone after that point.
If you don't mind extremely rude management and raising rents, then this place is fine. I did mind, so I wouldn't recommend it to my friends. But I did get my entire security deposit back.
