Thank you for the wonderful things you have to say about Carlyle Place. We truly appreciate your feedback. One of the charms of Carlyle Place is that we are such a small community. It is difficult to have as many amenities as some of the much larger communities, but there is a definite trade off. Many of the larger communities are not able to offer the same customer service we do.
We proudly offer a sparkling pool and hot tub with free WiFi, 24 hour fitness center, 24 hour business center, free DVD collection, and access gates. We apologize that you feel we were not able to take care of your air conditioning maintenance issues. We take great pride in our maintenance team and their work. It is our goal to give you the best service possible. We would be happy to look at your air conditioner again if you are unsatisfied.
We are sorry to hear that you are leaving Carlyle Place. It has been great having you here. Please let us know if we can do anything to have you reconsider. Again, thank you for taking the time to let others know about your experience here!
