Best Place I've Ever Lived From: lastert Date posted: 6/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 Manager Response is available.   I'm a dental student at UTHSCSA. The actual apartments are great- very few maintenance issues, good A/C, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, & plumbing. The few maintenance concerns that do arise are taken care of very, very fast- less than 2 days. Plus, since there are only 2 maintenance men you get to know them, and as you're walking past them on the grounds they often ask about how repairs are holding up. The office staff is great! Kelly and Tiffany are always smart, articulate, and not soul-less pawns of the Venterra Company. The pool and hottub are great. The proximity to school, hwy 410, hwy 10, downtown, the Quarry, and Heubner Oaks are all great. There is very low noise and very few kids- so its a great place for a student. Also, there are plenty of pet owners, so a wonderful pet-friendly culture has arisen (with the help of Kelly and Tiffany).
