i just went to the office,to comlain about my remote not working for the gate! been
since october! i've never in my life been treated,the way i was treated by these girls! especially the --- one!! i was yelled at! thrown out! again i've been
complaing since october!!! then they tried to tell me the back gate does not work
for anybody! the way that girl yelled at me was unacceptable!!!!!!!!! she should be
fired on the spot!!!!!!!!!! i asked to speak to someone else,and she would not shut up!! then i asked for a phone# to there office,she refused to give to me!!!!! and
all three agreed if i wanted the phone# they needed it in writing!!!!!!!!! that is so
silly!! last time i called asked if i could borrow a plunger, the girl told me she did,nt have one! i called back again and told her i coul'nt believe maintenace did
not have a plunger! she told me oh! maintenance has one but that she did,nt!!! uh!! stupid!! my fixture's are lopsided bathroom cabinets and shower, there's cement glue
on the granite counters, paint on the glass of the windows! lopsided faucet in the
shower! most of my doors are lopsided therefoe they get stuck! very poor workmanship
in and out the apartment!! gates dont work!! if you call from the gate to reach me
you get somebody else! the system is all messed up for months!! my neighbor is super
noisey!! with all these problems and then you have to deal with girls in the office
that behave like that! keisha was cool!, the other girl completely cluelees!!! evertime i ask her something "i dont know!!' clueless!!! the other girl with the big mouth should be fired immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
how are you going to scream and yell at a tenant! and then turn around and smile
sarcastically and say that's the way it is!!! i think me and the other two girls
were suprised at the way this one girl was behaving!! how embarrasing!!!!!!!!!!!
ps if you want the stainless steal and beber carpet like you see in the model
it's all extra extra extra! if they even have it available! for what you pay here
that should be standard!!!

I'm really content that you enjoy other people's issue's!!! and maybe since your so concerned Mr.educated, you can teach me how to write.
I think it's funny that you use the word "ridiculous"!! were you there?
Do you work for the office? I think you do!!! Why is it that everytime someone write's a bad review, someone who was,nt there has an opinion!
The gate in the back does work for a majority of the tenants and help!
Next time know what your talking about brad so you do not make a fool
out of yourself!! I,m convinced you work at the office girl!!!

I really enjoyed reading this post only because it is totally ridiculous. I moved into building eight in late october and the back gates were not opened then, because of construction (which is something we were all made aware of at move in by signing the form and speaking with the staff). I have dealt with the office staff several times and i understand that due to the construction there are going to be problems. Who ever wrote this was obviously ranting to anyone who can listen because if you want to form a complaint and be taken seriously you should act like an educated person not a child first learning how to write.

I have to agree with Brad. From the way you're writing about the experience, I'd say that you were most likely out of hand as well. Being a 'tenant' does not give you the right in any way to yell at or mistreat office personnel because you haven't received the service you desire.
Everyone has an equal responsibility to act civilly toward one another regardless of the situation.
You were most likely just as rude, angry and using elevated tones.
You should examine yourself and your own behavior before you pubicly bash another individual.
That's just my opinion.
