middle of the road older apartments located on the east side of SA. didnt like the neighborhood but my apartment neighbors were all very pleasant and nice people, becca included. great move in special. my building has parking issues. electric bill was high, 140 to 160 a month in peak hot season. pool water not kept clear, spa tub not kept hot enough and water was nasty. management is the best you can find anywhere though. when i moved out, they gave back nearly all of my deposit. i did scrub the apartment top to bottom and stripped the kitchen and bathroom floors so they could rewax it. (there was a nasty wax buildup from past tenants) after one year, it had to be repainted because of our kids. the carpet needed a good cleaning, which was deducted from our deposit. i figured a hefty charge but management was more than reasonable. roxanne and kim are the managers and i highly recommend them as business partners ! DECEMBER 2006 THE APARTMENTS FILED A $1700.00 BEXAR COUNTY JUDGEMENT. SINCE THEY SNUCK IT IN AND DIDNT NOTIFY ME, I HAVE NO IDEA WHY AND IT CERTAINLY DOESNT MAKE SENSE BECAUSE I RECEIVED NEARLY MOST MY DEPOSIT BACK FROM THEM 60 DAYS AFTER I MOVED OUT!
