Okay first of all, I have lived here for over a year and in two different apts. The birds crapping on our cars is an issue. As far as the rape, okay I know the girl, she happens to be my best friend, and the guy that did it is not still at large and was someone she knew. The gates are crap, but they are working on it. Most of the people are okay. I have never had a maint issue that was not handled immediately. Our management is awesome!! The apartments are located in an over all crappy part of San Antonio, but they are making huge efforts to keep it safe. SAPD patrols regularly, we have a great courtesy officer, and the gates are getting better. The only reason anyone even knew there was a rape is because our management was super proactive in making sure everyone was aware and warned to be careful. I have never had a single problem that was not addressed immediately and completely. The rent is reasonable, the lay outs are great, the property is well maintained, the kids are all well behaved.
