My husband and I downsized to this 1/1 condo from a 2/2 townhome costing us $1100/month. Now we pay $475/month. The condos are privately owned so that may be why things are taken care of but I'd like to let you know that it is a nice enough community for the price and there are 3 locks on my front door and 2 locks on my back door to my patio. It's a little small for 3 people. (Me, my husband and our 1 year old daughter) but for two people it would be superb. Nice wood floors in the living room, carpeting in the bedroom and tile in the hallway, dining room and kitchen. Overall I would say this place is quite nice for the price and if you're looking for a cozy home look here.

Is anyone familiar with a guy named Richard Morton Scoville or his wife/girlfriend Margaret Morice who apparaently live there?
