These apartments are very nice, and management is very friendly and maintanence does an excellent job, however.... as far as cleanliness I would have to say that is not 100% every person I see walking their dog(s) none of them seem to pick up their dogs mess. Very annoying when out walking and stepping in it. I also had problems with my upstairs neighbors being too loud and still do to this day. I caught them twice with their dog outside with no leash on and both times management was nice to me but did not take care of the situation promptly. It is also pretty pricey and I do hear that train at least 5 times on a daily bases, and also early in the morning, like between 1and 5 a.m. I am looking forward to when my lease is up in 5 more months.
