I leased here last month and the staff is right on top of things. My A/C was not working and it was repaired 30 min after I called. The place is kept up very well and the management is really friendly. I think the floorplans are somewhat dated... I really wish I had a computer niche... the residents are OK, but I wish they had stricter patio "item" regulations... meaning no "inside furniture" on the patio, No excessive storage going on out there, etc. Basically I would rate this above average... the staff make it a good place for the price/location.
