Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I lived @ Shavano from 2004-2005, and I loved it. To be honest, I never had any problems. Once, the A/C froze, but it was fixed within a day. I always had parking near my building, and the pool was beautiful. I LOVE that there is a camera @ the pool. No hanky panky! There's a train right by the complex, but it's not a big deal. The reasons I moved was:
1) to be closer to work; which now I work closer to Shavano
2) my rent renewal went up in price
