Better search for other apartments.Lived in this apartment so noisy and limited parking lots.Neigbhours are not at all friendly.Cops do come all the time due to something or the other.Seriously if you want to live in peace better look for other apartments

Ok so what apartments do you know in the city that do not have limited parking and alittle noise? I have lived here for 4 years and this is by far the quietest property I have lived at. There is no need to look elsewhere The Village at Shavano is a great place to live. just look at all the other reviews!

noisy? i never hear a thing here. it is the quietest apartment i have lived in. i've never had trouble with parking unless it is past 12am...which i honestly would expect at that point. yes i do see cops but it is in response to a crazy paranoid man who thinks he hears things or see things. plus the fact that ya know, there is a cop that lives in the complex....so yea, noisy and limited parking? highly unlikely.

The first post was correct. This is the loudest place I have EVER lived. I can overlook the parking...the noise is RIDICULOUS!
