The washers and dryers are often broken and rarely fixed. The apartment often has insects including biting ants. The apartment is clearly not well-maintained. Washer / dryer facilities are filled with leaves and dirt. We have experienced problems with leaks and broken fixtures. Despite all of these problems, management tries to be helpful. This is the one plus.
