Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
I lived here a couple of years ago and came back about 5 months ago. The property was really a lot nicer back then. Now, it's not really taken care of. I do have to say, the maintenance person is very prompt. People in the office are really nice, but the tenants make the place horrible. Too many college kids. The place is very noisy at times. Parking is pretty bad.
