Well to be honest I've only been living here for two weeks but it's been great! There is very little noise if any at all. No late night noise whatsoever and we are right at the entrance. I don't ever hear the train...once in a while. Our toilet overflowed and the maintenance guy was there in less than 10 mins to fix it. Our apt was a model for quite some time so the blinds were extremely dirty but overall it's a great location. It is definitely pricey so if you want to live there with a roommate it's probably the only way to cover that high rent unless you work full time. Watch out for that school zone tho! There are cops on DeZavala just waiting for you to go over that school zone speed limit! I've had no problems at all with parking whatsoever at anytime of the day or night. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. So far no problems. I hope i don't jinx it!
